Father Blaschke was noted as the only Bohemian priest in the La Crosse Diocese in 1881.

In August 1884 Reverend Louis Kaluza was sent by his Superior to take charge of the Bohemian settlement at Prairie du Chien, with Eastman as a mission from 1885-1888.

Father George Kiefner in 1889  was Pastor at St. Patricks, Seneca, and ministered to St. Wenceslaus as a mission. In 1891 he was sent to organize St. John Nepoumuc, in 

Prairie du Chien, and ministered to St. Wenceslaus Eastman, as a mission. In late December 1898, he was appointed as first resident Pastor at St. Wenceslaus until February 1901.. 'Catholic Church in Wisconsin, Pgs. 854-855, 866'.

Msgr. Ferdinand Cech, Pastor 1903-1905 with men on the 1st Rectory porch.  A short time after Father Kiefner left until October 1905, Father Ferdinand Cech, then pastor at St. Wenceslaus, Eastman, took care of St. John's at Prairie du Chien, with the occasional help of the Jesuit Fathers of Campion College.

Monsignor Ferdinand Cech zealously and energetically guided the St. Wenceslaus,congregation at Eastman. Following this time, he was at St. Wenceslaus, La Crosse, WI.  Msgr. Cech was born July 30, 1878 at Jindrichov, Moravia, Austria. Ordained July 5, 1902 by Most Reverend Archbishop Theodore Kohn.  Died July 10, 1962, buried at La Crosse cemetery.

Sacred Heart was a mission of St. Wenceslaus. Father Buschelman  said Mass at both Wauzeka and Eastman on Sundays. Picture submitted by J.M.

Reverned Edmund Bettinger, June 29, 1934 reported for his first assignment as Administrator at St. Wenceslaus, Eastman with the mission of Sacred Heart, Wauzeka.
